Please note that this form will not reach our support staff - you'd instead be interested in the form on the page about getting assistance.

hours of operation

For most any query you might have, we're here Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6.30 pm (AEST) - excluding gazetted public holidays.

Additionally, our support team works Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6.30 pm (AEST) and Saturday 10am - 2pm - including most of those public holidays. We will soon be extending the support hours to make sure that we're here when you need us.

Even outside those hours, we have people and systems monitoring our network around the clock to ensure that our service is fault-free and reliable - just as it should be.
