how to reach us?

If the nature of your accounts or support query is urgent, you should always call us - the number to reach us is 1300 BIT NET (1300 248 638). If the query is not so urgent, please fill out the technical support request form with as much detail as you can, so that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible. If you're having difficulties with your account, we have an accounts support request form as well. Both of these forms open in new windows. Just as a side note, please take care to put your e-mail address in correctly when filling either of these forms out - it's where we send the tracking ID to for the support request, and will make any follow-ups very easy.
